1. Overview IPO Ledger is an offline-first app. All IPO, application, transaction and settlement data is stored locally on your device using SQLite (expo-sqlite) and SecureStore. We do not operate a backend.
2. Data Collection & Sharing We collect, transmit or share NO personal data. No analytics, ads, or tracking. Permissions POST_NOTIFICATIONS / VIBRATE are used only on-device for reminders; no data leaves the device.
3. Data Storage Data remains on your device until you delete the app or use Backup/Restore (local encrypted file you control). Uninstalling the app deletes the local database.
4. Third Parties No third-party SDKs collect data. crypto-js is used only for local file processing.
5. Children's Privacy Not directed to children under 13. No data is collected from children.
6. Your Rights You can delete all data via More → Clear Data or by uninstalling. No data deletion request needed — we hold no server data.
7. Changes Material changes will be noted in Play Store release notes.
