LatteWidget ("the App") is developed and operated by FocusPomo Apps Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Summary

The App has no accounts, collects no personal information, and uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your photos stay on your own device.

Information we handle

Photos

• You choose photos with the system photo picker. The App only receives the photos you select and cannot read the rest of your library.
• Photos and the widgets you create are stored only on your device, in storage shared between the App and its home screen widgets. They are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
• When you use "Save to Photos", the App asks only for "Add Photos Only" permission to save the finished image. It does not read anything else in your library.
• Deleting a widget or uninstalling the App removes the related data.

Purchases

• All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple ID or payment details.
• To confirm your purchases and subscription status, the App sends the App Store receipt on your device to Apple's servers for verification.
• Your purchase records (which frames you own and your membership status) are stored on your device.

Frame content and notifications

• Frame designs are downloaded from Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) public database. This only downloads public content; your photos and personal information are never uploaded.
• If you allow notifications, we let you know about new frames through Apple's push notification service. Notifications are delivered by Apple's iCloud service, and we cannot identify you. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and performance data, which we use only to fix problems.
