This Privacy Policy explains how Screen Resolution Changer handles information when you use the application or contact its developer. The application lets you inspect Android display settings, test logical resolution and density, save profiles and restore configurations.

1. Who we are

2. Scope

This policy covers the application's display controls, saved profiles, test history, recovery information, preferences and support communications. Shizuku, websites and the file or email services you choose have their own privacy practices.

3. Information handled by the application

3.1 Display and diagnostic information

The application reads main-display dimensions and logical density reported by Android, including available original values and active size or density overrides. Window insets are displayed separately. These are technical configuration values, not screen images or measurements of the panel's physical pixels per inch.

This information is used to show current settings, calculate proportional presets, validate requested values, compare configurations, check Android's response and attempt restoration. Diagnostic messages explain problems such as unavailable access, command rejection or a mismatch between requested and reported settings.

The application does not request an account, contacts, location, microphone, camera, screen capture, pairing codes or content from other applications. It checks the known Shizuku package to distinguish a missing installation from a service that is not running; it does not collect an inventory of installed applications.

3.2 Profiles, history and preferences

Saved profiles contain names you enter, numeric width, height and density values, internal record identifiers and favorite flags. These identifiers belong to saved records and are not advertising identifiers. History contains up to 100 test records with before and requested configurations, timestamps, results and diagnostic messages.

Preferences include reduced motion, haptics and whether you copied or exported recovery instructions. The application also retains the first connected configuration, the last configuration verified and kept, and information about a pending test. These records support comparison and recovery.

3.3 Support communications
