Multi-AI Prompt Queue Automator (Chrome extension) · Effective October 25, 2026

This policy explains what information the Multi-AI Prompt Queue Automator browser extension (“the extension”, “we”) handles, and why. In short: your prompts and settings stay in your browser. We do not run servers that receive your data, we do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.

1. Information stored on your device

The extension stores the following in your browser’s local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves your device through the extension, except as described in sections 2 and 3:

Data Purpose
The prompts you add to the queue and their status (pending, running, done, error) To send them to the AI website one by one
Your settings, such as the cooldown delay To remember your preferences
The current run state and status message To keep the toolbar popup and the on-page panel in sync
Your Pro license key, product name, and when it was last verified, plus one-way (SHA-256) fingerprints of keys already activated in this browser (Pro users only) To unlock Pro features without counting the same browser twice

You can delete this data at any time: use Clear All in the extension, Remove license in the popup, or uninstall the extension.

2. Prompts sent to AI websites

When you run the queue, the extension types each prompt into the AI chat website open in your current tab (ChatGPT at chatgpt.com, Google Gemini at gemini.google.com, or Claude at claude.ai) and submits it on your behalf, just as if you had typed it yourself. What happens to your prompts after that is governed by the privacy policy of that website. The extension reads the page only to find the input box and Send button and to detect when a response has finished; it does not copy, store, or transmit the AI’s responses.

3. License verification (Pro only)

Purchases are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Gumroad. We do not see or store your payment card details. When you activate a Pro license, and periodically afterwards (about once a week), the extension sends your license key and our product ID to Gumroad’s license verification service (api.gumroad.com) solely to confirm the license is valid. Gumroad replies with the purchase status (for example, whether it was refunded), which the extension uses only to decide whether Pro is unlocked.

Gumroad handles this information under its own privacy policy. Free-plan users never contact Gumroad through the extension.

4. What we do not do

The use of information by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
