© 2026 Eda Özben Turan ("we," "our," "us") provides 90 Soft: Gentle Habit Tracker (the "App"). We believe that your personal growth, daily habits, emotional well-being, and personal photos are deeply personal matters that belong entirely to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how 90 Soft handles information when you use our mobile application across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.

1. Core Privacy Principles

1. Private Sanctuary First: Your daily habit logs, journal reflections, mood ratings, energy scores, and progress photos are stored on your device and inside your personal Apple iCloud account. We operate no external databases or proprietary servers to store your personal entries.
2. Zero Advertising Tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), we do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, and ad-ID collection is permanently disabled in our analytics SDK.
3. No Account Required: You do not need to register, create an account, provide your email, or create a password to use 90 Soft.

2. Information We Collect and How We Handle It

A. User Content (Photos, Notes, Mood & Habit Logs)

• What is included: Progress photos, written reflections, daily habit completion check-ins, mood ratings, energy scores, and custom rebuild commitments.
• Where it is stored: 100% locally on your device via SwiftData and synchronized across your authorized Apple devices using your private Apple iCloud container (CloudKit Private Database).
• Access: Only you have access to this data through your Apple ID. We cannot view, access, read, or sell your user content.
• Classification: Stored privately for App Functionality. Not linked to your identity. Not used for tracking.

B. Purchases & Entitlements

• What is included: In-App Purchase transaction status and receipt records for the 90 Soft Lifetime Access non-consumable unlock.
• How it is handled: Processed securely through Apple StoreKit and validated by RevenueCat using an anonymous, randomly generated App User ID. We never collect or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment information.
• Classification: Collected for App Functionality (entitlement unlocking and purchase restoration). Not linked to your identity. Not used for tracking.
