# Privacy Policy — AI Detox

AI Detox is built privacy-first. **We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any

personal data.** There are no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no

third-party tracking SDKs.

## What data the app stores

Everything the app remembers stays on your device only (in the app's local

storage) and is never sent anywhere:

• Your focus-session history, streaks, XP, level, and grown/withered trees
• Your check-in reflections and Thinking Journal entries
• Your AI-usage logs and AI-free production logs
• Your preferences (goal mode, haptics, daily-reminder time)

This data is removed when you delete the app.

## Screen Time / Family Controls (iOS)

To block distracting apps during a focus session, AI Detox uses Apple's

• Family Controls / Screen Time* framework. This is privacy-preserving by

design:

• The apps you select are represented by opaque tokens managed by iOS*. The

app never sees the names, icons, or identities of the apps you choose, and
