ASTRA ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ASTRA mobile application.

ASTRA is a premium iOS astronomy and stargazing app designed to help users identify stars, planets, constellations, and other celestial objects; view augmented-reality sky maps; check observing conditions; browse astronomical events; follow visible International Space Station passes; explore the sky at different dates and times; and receive optional event reminders.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or tracking. We do not currently use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs to collect app usage data.

1. Information We Collect or Process

a. Information You Provide

ASTRA may store information you choose to create, save, or provide while using the app, including:

• App preferences, display settings, units, and selected language
• Saved observing locations, if this feature is available and you choose to use it
• Favorite celestial objects, events, or observing lists
• Calendar selections, reminder preferences, and notification settings
• Night-mode, map, AR, and time-machine preferences
• Notes, labels, or other content you voluntarily create
• Feedback, support messages, or issue reports you send to us
• Other information you voluntarily provide when contacting support

Most app preferences, favorites, and saved observing information are intended to be stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise or you choose to export or share information.

b. Location Information

ASTRA may request access to your device location to calculate and display information relevant to your observing position, including:

• The sky visible from your location
• The position and movement of stars, planets, constellations, and satellites
