What data we collect

When a shopper subscribes to a restock notification through your store, we collect and store:

• Email address
• The product and variant they subscribed to
• Subscription timestamp

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above.

How we use the data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Send restock notification emails to the subscriber
• Generate and include one-time discount coupon codes (Pro plan)

We do not sell, share, or use subscriber data for any purpose other than sending the notification the subscriber explicitly requested.

Data storage

Subscriber data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Data is retained until the merchant uninstalls the app or a subscriber requests deletion.

GDPR compliance

We support the following GDPR data subject requests:

• Data access requests — submitted via your store's privacy portal
• Data deletion requests — subscriber records are deleted upon request within 30 days
• Shop data deletion — all data associated with a store is deleted within 30 days of app uninstallation
