Dispute details: When you generate a dispute response, the case details you enter — merchant name, amounts, dates, reason code, and timeline notes — are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI drafting service solely to produce your draft. These details are processed for that purpose and are not used to identify you.
Evidence files: Files you attach are stored only on your device. File contents are not uploaded. Only the file name is included with a generation request so it can be referenced in the draft.
Saved disputes: Disputes you save are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your case history to our servers.
Purchase information: If you subscribe, our payments provider (RevenueCat, together with Apple) records your subscription status so we can unlock premium features and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Basic technical data: Standard, non-identifying information (such as app version or error logs) may be processed to keep the app working and diagnose problems.
