This Privacy Policy applies to the EPA 608 Study & Practice 2026 mobile application ("Application"), provided by Redouan Afoulous ("Service Provider") as a subscription service.

Data Privacy & Storage (100% Local)

Your privacy is our priority. The Application operates entirely on your device:

• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account or sign in to use the Application.
• Local Storage: Your study progress, mock exam results, flashcard reviews, bookmarks, target exam date, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not track the screens you visit, how long you study, or your IP address. We do not collect or transmit usage analytics.
• No Location Data: The Application does not access, request, or collect your device’s location.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses only one third-party service to manage purchases:

• RevenueCat: subscription management. When you subscribe or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes receipt and transaction information (such as purchase date and product ID) using an anonymous identifier to validate your Pro status. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information or study progress with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because your study progress, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time by:

1. Resetting your progress in the app Settings, or
2. Uninstalling the Application from your device.

If you contact us via email, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We do not store your email address or use it for marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not collect data from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone.
