Focus Buddy: ADHD Timer is an ADHD-focused morning routine and focus app developed by KOZA LAB. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we retain it. By using Focus Buddy, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

Focus Buddy does not require you to create an account with your name, email, or phone number. During onboarding, you may voluntarily share:

• Wake time & routine preferences — used to personalize your morning routine
• Focus/struggle selections — used to tailor coaching content and reminders

We do not collect photos, selfies, or camera data. We do not collect location data.

Automatically Collected Information

• Anonymous User Identifier — a randomly-generated ID (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication) used to maintain your session and sync your data across app launches. This is not tied to your name or contact details.
• Usage Data — screens visited, features used, session duration, routine/task completion activity (via Firebase Analytics and our own telemetry)
• Crash and Diagnostic Data — error logs to identify and fix bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Purchase History — subscription status, managed via RevenueCat and Apple's App Store

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not serve third-party ads
