This Privacy Policy explains how the Frame Grabber - Video to Photo app ("Frame Grabber", "the App", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Summary
- Your videos and photos stay on your device. The videos you select and the photos (frames) you grab and save are processed locally on your iPhone. We do not upload, store, or have access to them.
- No account required. You don't create an account or give us your name, email, or contacts to use the App.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Information we process
On-device only (never sent to us):
- The videos you choose from your photo library and the still frames you grab, edit, export, or save. These are processed entirely on your device.
- Photo library access is used solely to let you pick the videos you choose and to save the frames you export. Any capture date or location metadata kept in an exported photo is written only to your own photo library and is never sent to us.
Subscriptions:
- Subscription status (active/expired, plan type) is managed via Adapty and Apple. We receive an anonymous identifier and your subscription state — never your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Apple.
We do not collect analytics, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos or photos for advertising or model training.
Third-party services
- Apple — processes purchases and subscriptions (see Apple's Privacy Policy).
- Adapty — manages subscription entitlements (anonymous purchase data only).
Data retention & deletion
Because your videos and saved frames live only on your device, deleting the App removes the App's copies of them (frames you already saved remain in your photo library where you saved them). To exercise any data right, contact us.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
