Frizo ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Frizo mobile application.

Frizo is an iOS camera and visual-effects app designed to help users create time-warp scan photos and videos. Depending on the version and features available, Frizo may provide multiple scan directions, scan speeds, timers, line colors, waterfall or slit-scan effects, camera capture, media import, preview, saving, exporting, and sharing features.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or tracking. We do not currently use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs to collect app usage data.

1. Information We Collect or Process

a. Information You Provide

Frizo may store information you choose to create, save, or provide while using the app, including:

• Your selected app or device language
• App preferences and settings
• Selected scan direction, speed, timer, line color, effect, or recording mode
• Photos or videos you choose to capture, import, save, export, or share
• Saved projects, recent creations, or related media metadata, where available
• Feedback, support messages, or issue reports you send to us
• Other information you voluntarily provide when contacting support

App preferences, projects, and media created in Frizo are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to save them to your photo library, export or share them, use a feature that clearly states otherwise, or send information to us for support.

b. Camera and Visual-Effects Data

Frizo uses your device camera to provide live camera preview, time-warp scanning, photo capture, video recording, and visual-effects features.

When you use these features, Frizo may process camera frames in real time to:

• Display the live camera preview
• Apply horizontal or vertical scan lines
