Overview

HVAC Trade Estimate Calculator ("the App") is built to help HVAC contractors create and manage estimates and invoices. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

All your business data stays on your device. The App stores the following locally and does not transmit it to any external server:

• Business profile information (business name, phone, email, license number)
• Client contact details (name, phone, email, address)
• Estimates and invoices
• PDF templates and preferences
• App settings (appearance, default rates, markup preferences)

We do not have access to this data. It is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage frameworks.

Subscription Data

If you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives:

• An anonymous app user ID
• Subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled)
• Purchase transaction identifiers

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, business data, client information, or any content you create in the App. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
