Hive (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a habit and tasks daily planner app. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum.

What data we collect

1) Email address (for authentication)

Hive asks for your email address to create and sign in to your account.

We use your email only for:

• Authentication (sign-in / account access)
• Account-related communication if needed (e.g., support requests you send us)

What data we do

not

Hive does not collect or store:

• Your habits, tasks, notes, or planner content on our servers
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location
• Advertising identifiers for tracking (unless your device/OS provides it independently—Hive does not request it)

Where your app data is stored

Your habits, tasks, and planner data are stored locally on your device.

This means:

• We don’t have access to your planner content
• If you delete the app or change phones, your data may be lost unless you have a device backup (e.g., iCloud device backup) enabled by you
