MetaLens ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the MetaLens mobile application.

MetaLens is a privacy-first photo metadata viewer and cleaner. It helps you inspect photo metadata such as camera model, lens information, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, capture date, file details, and location data when available. MetaLens can also help you remove supported metadata fields before sharing a cleaned copy of your photo.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or photo metadata for advertising or tracking.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We may collect information you choose to provide while using the app, including:

• Your selected app language or device language
• App preferences and settings
• Photos you choose to open inside the app
• Metadata fields displayed from selected photos, such as EXIF, GPS, TIFF, IPTC, camera, lens, date, file type, and exposure information
• Metadata cleaning preferences, such as which metadata categories you choose to remove
• Export or cleaned-copy activity inside the app
• Feedback, support messages, or issue reports you send to us
• Other information you voluntarily provide when contacting support

MetaLens is designed to analyze only the photos you select. The app does not automatically scan your entire photo library unless a feature clearly requires photo selection or access.

b. Photo and Metadata Data

MetaLens may request access to your photo library so you can select photos and view their metadata.

Photo metadata may include information such as:

• Camera brand and model
