Yanchen Zhao ("we", "us", or "our") is an individual developer who operates the OmniCut mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Using the App does not, by itself, mean you consent to your personal data being sent to a third-party AI provider. Before the first cloud AI generation, the App shows an in-app permission screen that discloses what data will be sent, who will receive it, and why, and asks you to tap Allow. Until you tap Allow, that content will not be sent. Each generation screen also reminds you that selected media is sent to Google (Gemini API) and, for some tools, fal.ai. You can review full details via Learn more on that screen, or in Settings → Help → AI & Your Content. You can withdraw consent anytime in Settings → Your Data.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
