Privacy Policy (RawCam)

NEXTEON LLC (“NEXTEON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RawCam mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how RawCam handles information.

Summary

RawCam is designed to work without collecting, storing, or sharing any personal data. We do not run accounts, analytics, ads, or tracking in the App.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information or other data from you through RawCam.

In particular, we DO NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers
• Photos, videos, or image metadata from your device
• Location data (precise or approximate)
• Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), IP address, or usage analytics
• Contacts, calendars, or other device data
• Crash reports or diagnostics sent to us (unless you separately choose to email us)

Camera and photo library access

RawCam requests access to device features solely to provide core functionality:

• Camera permission: to capture photos/videos in the App.
• Photo library / storage permission (if enabled on your device): to save captured media to your device and/or import media you choose.

All photos/videos you capture or save using RawCam remain on your device (or in your chosen cloud backup provider, if you have device backups enabled). NEXTEON does not receive a copy.
