This Privacy Policy explains how the Signature Creator & Sign Docs app ("eSignPDF", "the App", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary

• Your documents stay on your device. Documents, signatures, stamps, and scans you create or import are processed and stored locally on your iPhone. We do not upload, store, or have access to them.
• No account required. You don't create an account or give us your name, email, or contacts to use the App.
• We collect a small amount of anonymous usage analytics to improve the App.

Information we process

On‑device only (never sent to us):

• The documents, images, PDFs, signatures, and stamps you create, scan, or import.
• Camera and Photos access is used solely to let you scan or import documents you choose. Captured images are processed on your device.

Collected anonymously:

• Usage analytics (e.g. which features are used, taps, sessions, crashes) and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, language) via PostHog. This data is pseudonymous and is not used to identify you.
• Subscription status (active/expired, plan type) via RevenueCat and Apple. We receive an anonymous identifier and your subscription state — never your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Apple.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents for advertising or model training.

Third‑party services

• Apple — processes purchases and subscriptions (see Apple's Privacy Policy).
• RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements (anonymous purchase data).
• PostHog — privacy‑friendly product analytics (anonymous usage events).

Data retention & deletion

Because your documents live only on your device, deleting the App removes them. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregate. To request deletion of any analytics associated with your anonymous identifier, contact us.
