SlipStone does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDK of any kind in the app.

SlipStone does not request the INTERNET permission. It cannot send anything anywhere, to us or to anyone else, even in principle. You can verify this yourself: the permission list on this listing shows every permission the app holds.

What is stored on your device

Your progress — which level you are on, the moves you have played, your daily-challenge streak and calendar, the patterns in your collection, and your settings — is saved in the app's own private storage on your phone. It never leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it, and "Reset the game" in Settings erases it while keeping your settings.

Permissions

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — only to show the optional daily reminder. The reminder is off until you turn it on in Settings, and turning it off stops it entirely. The notification is composed on your device; nothing is fetched.
• Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — an alarm does not survive a restart, so this is used to re-schedule the daily reminder after your phone reboots. Nothing else runs at startup.

Children

SlipStone contains no ads, no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content and no data collection, so it is safe for all ages.

Google Play

Google Play collects its own data about downloads and crashes under its own privacy policy. That happens at the store level and is outside the app's control; SlipStone itself receives none of it.

Changes

If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version adds an optional rewarded ad — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the release notes.
