Sonark is a premium iOS sound measurement and acoustic analysis app designed to help users measure environmental sound levels, review sound statistics, analyze frequency content, monitor changes over time, and create noise measurement reports.

Sonark does not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not currently use third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking SDKs.

a. Microphone Input

Sonark requires access to your device microphone to provide sound measurement and acoustic analysis features.

Microphone input may be processed to calculate and display information such as:

• Current sound level
• dB or dBA measurements
• Minimum, average, and maximum sound levels
• Equivalent continuous sound level values
• Frequency-weighted measurements
• Sound level changes over time
• Frequency spectrum information
• Peak frequency information
• Spectrogram information
• Octave-band measurements
• Measurement statistics

Microphone input is intended to be processed in real time on your device.
