SoundLift ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the SoundLift mobile application.

SoundLift is a premium iOS sound-amplifier and hearing-support app designed to help users amplify nearby sounds, adjust audio with equalizer controls, reduce background noise, listen through headphones or earbuds, and optionally record and replay amplified audio sessions.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or tracking.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We may collect or store information you choose to provide while using the app, including:

• Your selected app language or device language
• App preferences and settings
• Sound amplification settings
• Boost level, volume, equalizer, and noise reduction preferences
• Preset choices, such as Speech, Music, Outdoor, or custom sound profiles
• Recording names, saved session details, or app-created audio session metadata
• Feedback, support messages, or issue reports you send to us
• Other information you voluntarily provide when contacting support

SoundLift is designed to support your listening experience and help you adjust audio based on your environment and personal preferences.

b. Microphone and Live Audio Processing

SoundLift may request access to your device microphone in order to provide its core sound-amplification features.

When microphone access is enabled, SoundLift may capture nearby audio and process it in real time on your device to amplify sound, reduce background noise, apply equalizer settings, and play the processed audio through your device speaker, wired headphones, Bluetooth headphones, or wireless earbuds.

SoundLift does not use microphone access for advertising or third-party tracking.
