SpendOrbit ("we", "us", "our", "the app") is a personal finance tracker built with privacy as the default. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what data the app handles, where it lives, and what we do — and do not do — with it.

1. THE SHORT VERSION

SpendOrbit runs entirely on your device for everything that matters. We do not operate a server. Your financial data — transactions, accounts, budgets, balances, notes, receipts — is stored only on your phone and never leaves it. There is no account to create, no login, and no cloud sync.

The only optional data that can be sent off-device is anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), which is OFF by default and can be toggled in Settings → Privacy at any time. Non-personalized advertising may also be shown in the free tier via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). See sections 8 and 13 for exactly what is and isn't included.

1. WHAT DATA THE APP HANDLES

The app lets you record and organize your personal financial information locally on your device:

• Accounts (cash, bank, credit card, savings) — names, balances, currency, icons, colors
• Transactions — amounts, categories, dates, notes, payees, optional receipt images
• Budgets — category spending limits and periods (weekly, monthly, yearly, custom)
• Recurring rules — scheduled income and expenses
• Debts — balances, interest rates, minimum payments, due days
• Investments — holdings, purchase prices, current values
• Goals — savings targets with deadlines and milestones
• Net worth snapshots — calculated from your accounts, investments, and debts
