This privacy policy applies to the Español E. / Español Elegante application for mobile devices, created by hirosanapp as an ad-supported service.
Updated October 7, 2026. This policy explains the current service and the upcoming account and privacy-controls update. Google sign-in, automatic progress synchronization, in-app account deletion and the Privacy settings controls described below apply to versions that provide these features. These features are not yet available in the public store release at the time of this update. Earlier versions may use Google Analytics and AdMob without the new in-app age check and optional analysis switch. You can contact us using the details below about data processed by an earlier version. We will update this notice when the new version becomes available.
The Application and its service providers may collect information when you download and use it, including your device's Internet Protocol address, operating system, the pages or features you visit, the time and date of your visits, and the time spent using the Application. Analytics and advertising services may collect device identifiers and usage information under their respective privacy policies.
Advertising and usage analysis remain off until you confirm on the device that you are 16 or older. We do not collect your date of birth for this check. The age category is stored on that device and is not included in account progress synchronization. You can continue travelling without answering or if you are under 16.
For eligible users, Google's User Messaging Platform checks whether an advertising privacy message is required in your region before the app requests ads. Where required, you can change your advertising choices through the app's Privacy settings menu. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all ads; available advertising depends on your choices and Google's rules. The app does not send your account nickname, email or synchronization identifier to the advertising SDK.
Google Analytics usage analysis is a separate, optional choice. It is off by default. In Privacy settings, you can enable it to share device identifiers and app usage information with Google Analytics to help improve the Application. The app does not add your name, email or account identifier to these events. Your analysis preference applies only to this device. Turning it off stops future collection; it does not itself erase all information already processed by Google. Changing the age category also turns usage analysis off.
Advertising and analytics providers may infer your approximate region from an IP address. The Application does not request GPS location permissions or collect your device's precise physical location. Places in your travel records refer to your progress within the Application, not to your device's real-world location. The Application does not use AI services to process your personal data.
Without signing in, you can optionally choose a nickname used in the Application's home greeting, regardless of your age answer. This name is saved on your device and is not sent to the account service, advertising or analytics by the nickname feature. You do not need to use your real name. You can change or clear it through the Nickname menu.
If you later sign in with Google and a new app account is created, this device's nickname is used as that account's initial nickname. If the app account already exists, its saved nickname is used instead, even if it is blank. Your device-only name is kept separately and is not erased by app-account deletion. Clear it in the Nickname menu when playing without an account, or remove the Application's device data, if you want to delete that local name.
Google registration and progress synchronization in the initial account-enabled release are available only after you confirm on this device that you are 16 or older. You can play without a Google account if you do not answer or are under 16. Changing your answer to under 16 pauses app-managed progress synchronization without deleting device records. Account deletion remains available for an already-linked app account. This is a self-declared age category, not identity or birth-date verification.
You can play without a Google account. The content service may assign an anonymous app identifier. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google and Firebase Authentication provide basic account information, which may include your name, email address, profile image and provider identifier. We use this information to identify your app account and let you continue your saved progress on another device. The Application displays your linked email address. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts, and it does not receive your Google password. You may choose an optional nickname separately from your Google name.
Signing in enables automatic saving of travel progress, Opocchu's growth, collected expressions and keepsakes, trunk and fishing progress, bookmarks, letters, tutorial and story progress, and selected app preferences. Records are stored in Cloud Firestore under your app user identifier. The latest saved record and one preceding record are retained for recovery.
When an account has no saved cloud record, your progress on this device is saved to that account. When it already has a saved record, signing in normally loads that record automatically. If this device has unsent changes that conflict with newer cloud progress, the Application asks before replacing those local changes. One previous local copy is retained on the device for recovery. Devices are intended to be used one at a time. Separate offline changes are not merged automatically. Progress that has not successfully reached the cloud cannot yet be continued on another device.
Passwords, authentication tokens, downloaded media caches and development settings are not included in synchronized progress. Without Google sign-in, progress remains on your device and cannot be recovered through this service if the device or its app data is lost. Text-size and fishing sound settings remain specific to each device. Advertising choices, the age category and the usage-analysis preference also remain specific to each device.
The Android update excludes shared preference records, including game progress, sign-in settings and local privacy choices, from Android OS cloud backup and device transfer. Use app-account synchronization to continue successfully saved progress on another device. This is not a promise that all other application files or every operating-system backup mechanism are disabled.
The Application uses Google/Firebase services for authentication and optional progress synchronization, and analytics and advertising services. Account information is processed by Firebase Authentication, and individual progress records are stored in Cloud Firestore. These account records are not limited to aggregated or anonymized information. We use them to provide synchronization and account recovery, rather than to sell your personal information.
