FlightPath operates the FlightPath mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FlightPath, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• A securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)

b) App Data

• Flights you save or track within the App (e.g. flight numbers), linked to your account so they sync across your devices.

c) Automatically Collected Information When you use the App, we may collect:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Basic usage and diagnostic data (e.g. crashes, feature usage) to improve the App
• IP address (used transiently for network requests and abuse prevention)

d) Location FlightPath tracks aircraft, not you. We do not collect your device's GPS location unless a specific feature you enable requires it, in which case we will ask your permission first.

We do not knowingly collect payment information, contacts, photos, or precise personal location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Save and sync your tracked flights across devices
• Provide flight status, positions, and related information
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App
