HouseIQ360 ("the App") is designed to help households track home appliances, service providers, and maintenance history. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it's stored, and what control you have over it.

The Short Version

HouseIQ360 does not collect analytics, does not use advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share your data with third parties. All data you enter stays within Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) system, tied to your own Apple ID, and is only ever shared with people you personally invite to your household.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter in HouseIQ360 is stored in Apple's CloudKit, using your personal iCloud account. HouseIQ360 does not operate its own servers and does not have a separate database of its own — your data lives in Apple's infrastructure, under Apple's own security and encryption practices, the same as data from Apple's own apps like Notes or Reminders.
