HouseIQ360 ("the App") is designed to help households track home appliances, service providers, and maintenance history. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it's stored, and what control you have over it.

The Short Version

HouseIQ360 does not collect analytics, does not use advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share your data with third parties. All data you enter stays within Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) system, tied to your own Apple ID, and is only ever shared with people you personally invite to your household.

Information You Provide

When you use HouseIQ360, you may enter the following types of information:

• Household and property details — a household name, property names, and addresses you choose to enter
• Appliance and service information — names, makes/models, and service history you record for appliances or general household services
• Service provider information — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes for contractors, companies, or individuals you've hired, which you enter yourself
• Service event details — dates, descriptions, costs, payment methods, satisfaction ratings, and personal notes about work performed
• Reminders — if you choose to set a reminder for an item, HouseIQ360 creates a reminder in Apple's built-in Reminders app, which requires your permission via iOS's standard Reminders access prompt

None of this information is required to be accurate or complete — you control what you enter, and you can edit or delete it at any time within the App.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter in HouseIQ360 is stored in Apple's CloudKit, using your personal iCloud account. HouseIQ360 does not operate its own servers and does not have a separate database of its own — your data lives in Apple's infrastructure, under Apple's own security and encryption practices, the same as data from Apple's own apps like Notes or Reminders.

Because your data is stored under your Apple ID:

• We (the developer of HouseIQ360) do not have access to your data
• Apple's standard iCloud terms and privacy practices govern how that data is stored and protected
• If you delete your Apple ID or disable iCloud for the App, your data is affected according to Apple's standard iCloud data handling, not any separate system operated by us
