We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our verification services to you.

A. Personal Data & Account Info

• Account Data: Name, phone number, email address, role, and password (stored using secure bcrypt hashes).
• Employee Verification Data: Government 12-digit Aadhaar number, digital copy of Aadhaar documents, educational certificates, age, gender, contact address, and permanent home address.
• Platform Submissions: Verification comments, red category flags/reports, and evidence media (photos/videos).

B. Usage Logs & Audit Trails

• Audit History: Search history records showing who searched which employee profile. This is kept strictly to audit for unauthorized access and maintain security integrity.

⚠️ Age Restriction (18+ Policy) Kvishvas strictly prohibits registration or use by individuals under 18 years of age. This policy is in place to prevent child labor and comply with national employment and regulatory standards.

2. Device Permissions Required

The Kvishvas mobile application requires access to the following device hardware/software permissions to perform core functionalities:

• Camera: For capturing and uploading profile photos and physical document scans.
• Storage / Photo Library: For selecting and uploading saved credentials or Aadhaar certificates.
• Network / Internet: For securely transmitting verification requests to our backend servers.
