This privacy policy applies to the MatchFrame Camera app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ahmet Kütük (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Camera, Microphone, and Photo Data

The Application requires access to your device's camera to provide its core functionality: capturing photos and short video clips for progress tracking. All captured photos and videos are stored locally on your device only. The Application does not upload, transmit, or share your photos or videos to any server or third party. Media is only shared externally when you explicitly choose to do so via your device's native share sheet.

The Application may also request access to your device's photo library to allow you to select existing photos as a reference overlay. Photos selected from your library are used solely within the app for overlay display purposes and are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server.

The Application saves exported before/after visuals to your photo library when you choose to do so.

The Application may also request access to your device's microphone. Microphone access is used only when you choose to record video clips with audio. Audio is stored locally on your device as part of the recorded clip and is not transmitted to any server.

Face Data

MatchFrame Camera does not collect, process, analyze, or store face data of any kind. The Application does not use face detection, facial recognition, facial geometry mapping, or any similar biometric technology. The camera is used solely to capture standard photos and videos. The transparent overlay feature — which displays a previous photo over the live camera feed to help with alignment — is standard image rendering and does not involve any analysis of facial features or biometric data.
