- Local Storage Only: All content created within the app. Including your notes, custom stickers, photo frames, imported images, and canvas preferences. Everything is stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage systems.
- Your Photos: Any photos you upload to place on your canvas remain strictly on your local device. We do not access, transmit, or upload your photo library to external servers.
2. In-App Purchases & Payments
In-App Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit.
- We do not collect or store your payment details, financial accounts, or billing information.
- Apple manages all transaction data securely according to their own Privacy Policy.
3. Analytics and Tracking
- No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, tracking tools, or behavioral profiling software.
- No Advertising: Notes and Duck is completely free of third-party advertisements and tracking cookies.

Notes and Duck is designed to be a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, the app fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global data protection guidelines.
