Last updated: 26 September 2026 Summary PitchEx does not collect, store, or transmit any data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, and no analytics. Everything the app knows stays on your device.

Voice recordings The app asks for microphone access in order to measure your pitch. Audio is analysed in memory as it arrives and is immediately discarded. No audio is ever recorded to a file, saved, or uploaded anywhere. The app contains no network code at all.

What is stored When you finish a measurement, a few numbers are written to your device's local database (for example your average pitch and how steady it was) so you can see your history. This information:

Permissions Microphone used only to measure pitch while you are actively recording. Access is requested at the moment you start, and the app does nothing with the microphone at any other time. You can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.

Third parties The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no third-party libraries. Nothing is shared with anyone.

Children The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Your rights Because no data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. Deleting the app removes the local history permanently.
