QuickParking Gdańsk ("we", "our", or "us") is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy. We believe your location and usage habits belong to you. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application handles user information.

2. Information Collection and Use

A. Location Data

• What we access: When permitted by you, the app accesses your device’s current geographic location (GPS) via Apple's standard location services.
• How it is used: Your location is used solely to render your current position on the map and calculate the nearest parking zone relative to where you are standing or driving.
• Storage and Sharing: Your location data is processed entirely in real-time on your iPhone. We do not store, track, transmit, or sell your location history. Location data never leaves your device.

B. Personal Data

• We do not require user accounts, registration, or logins.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or vehicle license plate numbers.

C. Analytics and Tracking

• No Analytics SDKs: We do not embed third-party analytics frameworks (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) or advertising trackers.
• No Cookies: The app does not use cookies or persistent cross-app tracking identifiers (IDFA).

3. Third-Party Services & External Links

To help you find and pay for parking, QuickParking Gdańsk interacts with external services:

• Apple Maps (MapKit): Map rendering and address auto-complete features are provided by Apple Inc. Your interaction with map features is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Payment Broker Deep Links: The app allows you to copy parking zone codes and launch external payment apps (such as SkyCash, APCOA Flow, moBiLET, ePark, mPay, EasyPark, etc.) or redirect to their respective App Store listings. Once you leave QuickParking Gdańsk, your actions are governed by the privacy policy of that specific vendor.
