"StickNote Cam" ("the App") is designed with privacy in mind. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information Collected

The App does NOT collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact details. The App does NOT use advertising identifiers for tracking, and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Data Processed Locally on Your Device

To provide its features, the App stores the following information locally on your iPhone:

• Photos taken with the in-app camera, with optional sticky-note overlays containing site name, date, work type, location, and remarks (stored in the App's local folder — NOT the iOS Photos library)
• Videos recorded with the in-app camera (stored in the App's local folder)
• Site folders and their associated note settings such as site name, note color, font sizes, and field visibility (UserDefaults)
• App preferences such as note opacity, size, position, date format, and first-launch flags (UserDefaults)
• Purchase status for the Pro upgrade (UserDefaults, verified via StoreKit)

This data is managed on your device and is never sent to external servers.

3. Permissions

• Camera (required): Used to take photos and record videos with sticky-note overlays. The camera feed is processed in real time on your device.
• Microphone (optional): Used only when you record video with audio enabled. You can record without audio.

The App does not request access to your Photos library, Contacts, or Location. All media is stored in the App's own local folder.

4. Network Communication

Network communication is limited to purchase verification with the App Store (between your device and Apple only). Your photos, videos, and note data are never transmitted externally.

Payment processing and purchase verification are handled by Apple through the StoreKit framework, in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
