Ecliptica App ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices available to you regarding your information.

Toklytics is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

Toklytics is a TikTok analytics tool. It lets you view statistics about a TikTok account — your own or any public account you look up — such as follower counts, video performance, and audience lists, and it shows trending hashtags and videos from TikTok's public Creative Center.

1. Information we process

1.1 TikTok account and analytics data (stored only on your device)

To provide analytics, the App loads the TikTok website inside an in-app web view and reads publicly and account-visible data from the pages you view. Depending on how you use the App, this may include:

• The TikTok username/handle you choose to analyze (your own or a public account you look up);
• Profile information such as nickname, avatar image, and account identifiers;
• Aggregate statistics such as follower, following, video, and like counts;
• Per-video statistics such as views, likes, comments, shares, captions, thumbnails, publish dates, and duration;
• Audience lists — the accounts that follow, or are followed by, the analyzed account (their usernames, nicknames, and avatars);
• Historical snapshots of these metrics over time, so the App can show growth trends.

This data is stored only in local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any server we control. It exists only on your device and is removed when you clear it in the App or delete the App.

1.2 Your TikTok session

If you choose to connect your own TikTok account, you log in to TikTok directly, inside a TikTok web page shown in the App. We never see, receive, or store your TikTok password. Your TikTok login session (cookies managed by the operating system's web view) is stored locally on your device so that you do not have to log in every time; this session may be retained for up to 180 days. You can remove it at any time by logging out inside the App, which deletes TikTok's website data from your device.

Connecting your account is optional — you can also simply look up any public TikTok username without logging in.

1.3 Trends data

The App shows trending hashtags and videos sourced from TikTok's public Creative Center. This is public, non-personal information and is cached locally on your device.
