Data Storage & Location Terms

This section explains where our application stores customer data and where (physically) that data is stored to comply with local laws.

• Thrivestack Labs uses the Atlassian Forge cloud platform, which stores data on Atlassian hosting.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the add-on documentation, we do not store personal information (e.g., name, email address, physical address) outside of the application.
• Thrivestack Labs does not store user passwords for Atlassian Cloud products. This includes all forms of storage, such as databases or files.
• We adhere to GDPR and data security policies.

This section contains terms that modify the general Data Storage Terms above as they relate to Thrivestack Labs apps in JIRA Cloud.

• The product does not store any personal or configuration data in its database, and
• It is stored in app properties on Jira Cloud itself.

Backups

This section explains our backup and recovery policy for customer data.

Our Forge Cloud plugins’ data is securely stored within Atlassian Cloud, and unauthorized access is not possible.

Atlassian backs up Cloud products using recommended best practices.

Account removal and data retention

This section explains how a customer can close an account and remove their data from our service.

• Customer accounts may be removed at any time by uninstalling the apps from the Cloud product.
• Atlassian retains configuration information for a few days.
