Here I’ll briefly summarize my commission process! This is a shorter version, but if you’re considering commissioning me, please refer to the full Terms of Service on my website for more detailed information: Zortska´s Website

Sketching

After payment is confirmed, I will provide three initial sketches for review. The client must approve one of them before we continue. If none are approved, I will create two additional sketches based on detailed feedback. If all five sketches are rejected, no further sketches will be provided. At that point, the client must choose one to proceed or pay an additional fee for extra revisions.

Clean line art

Once a sketch is approved, I will move on to the line art stage. At this point, the client is entitled to up to three revisions, limited to minor adjustments such as expression tweaks, small accessory changes, or refinement of specific details. Major changes, including full outfit redesigns or structural alterations, are not included in this stage.

Flat color

I usually don’t provide multiple versions at this stage (this can still vary depending on agreements with the client). Color choices are generally guided by my artistic judgment and the overall theme of the commission. During this phase, I’ll be sending regular updates for confirmation before moving forward to the rendering stage.

Rendering

For the rendering stage, all previous steps will already have been approved, so no further changes will be accepted at this point. During this phase, I’ll be providing updates every two weeks so you can follow the progress and make sure everything is on track. Once the piece is fully finished and approved, it will be prepared and delivered through the corresponding platform.
