We build software that digitalizes the pharmacy — automating paperwork and operational processes for pharmacies and doctors, with a focus on the medical cannabis space. About the role
As a Product Engineer (Working Student), you will work across the stack alongside the founding team to ship features that digitalize pharmacy operations. You own problems end to end — from understanding the requirement to shipping and measuring it in production. This is a high-agency role with real ownership, not ticket-pushing.
What you will do
- Build and ship features across our web/app frontends and backend services.
- Prototype quickly with AI-native tooling and turn prototypes into production-grade code.
- Work directly with founders and real users to scope, build, and iterate.
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience as you go.
Who we are looking for
- Enrolled student who can work around 20 hours/week, flexible around lectures.
- Solid coding skills in a modern stack (e.g., TypeScript/Node, Python) and a strong bias to ship.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; high agency and ownership.
- Nice to have: experience with LLMs/AI tooling, or previous startup or side-project work.
- German at B2 level or better (the team works in English and German).
