At Navana, we are at the forefront of developing Voice AI solutions tailored for Indic languages, driving growth and innovation for large enterprises.
We're building an enterprise-first AI Contact Center SaaS platform where human-like voice agents deliver real business impact. Our mission is to productise the Indian AI and agent ecosystem, making conversational AI that feels local, sounds natural, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
This is hard technology built for a market that generic AI quietly fails. Proprietary models, on-prem deployment, real domain depth in BFSI, and a bar set by regulators rather than by us. The product function is young, which means the person who joins now helps shape what it becomes.
We are looking for problem solvers. People who are most excited about being in front of a real user, curious about experimentation, and who ship intentionally.
Understanding how an AI system behaves is only the starting point. The real work is building an AI-native product on top of a technology that is moving faster than anything most of us have worked with before. The models get better every few months, capabilities appear that did not exist last quarter, and a product built for today's limits is obsolete by the time it ships. So the craft is different: you are building something adaptive, something that absorbs each new capability instead of breaking on it, and that turns all of it into something genuinely useful and empowering for the person on the other end. Not AI for its own sake. AI that gives a user more control, more reach, and more confidence than they had before.
This is not a role locked to one product. We build across a stack of products, and we place people on fit, based on where you are strongest and most curious. We want our product builders moving across them and collaborating widely rather than guarding a lane.
You will own outcomes, not output. Nobody here will be impressed by how much you shipped. They will care whether it moved the thing that mattered.
And you are AI native. Not because it is on your resume, but because it is how you already think and work. You reach for these tools by instinct, you have a feel for how they break, and you are excited rather than anxious about building on top of them. The people who thrive in this role can hold three things at once: what the user actually needs, where the business is going, and what the AI can honestly do today. That bridge is the job.
