About Daytona
Daytona is the infrastructure layer for AI agents. We provide secure, isolated, instantly available sandboxes where agents run code, use computers, and train. Our platform powers agent workloads, reinforcement learning, and developer environments for some of the largest AI companies in the world. We closed our Series A earlier this year and have already grown 10x since. We are a small, senior team moving extremely fast.
The role
You will own the product for Windows sandboxes, embedded in the Windows pod. The wave of computer-use agents needs somewhere to run, and most of the world's enterprise software still lives on Windows. You will define what an agent-native Windows machine looks like and get it adopted.
What You'll Do
- Own the Windows sandbox roadmap: image catalog, pre-installed software strategy, session semantics, streaming and control APIs for agents, snapshot/fork UX
- Identify and prioritize the wedge use cases: computer-use agent platforms, RPA replacement, QA automation, legacy app modernization
- Work licensing and packaging into a sellable product: what customers can bring, what we provide, how it prices
- Own enterprise requirements: domain join, identity, network isolation, compliance asks that show up in every serious deal
- Define metrics: time to first Windows sandbox, session reliability, cost per agent-hour, expansion within accounts
- Ship weekly with the pod, write tight specs, and keep scope honest
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management on technical or infrastructure products
- Working knowledge of the Windows ecosystem: enough to reason about licensing, imaging, AD/Entra, and desktop app realities without hand-holding
- Experience shipping developer-facing APIs or platforms with real adoption
