Welcome

This page aims at guiding you through your hiring process at Alan. We are thankful for your interest in our Ops team and mission to build transparent healthcare.

This is a two-way road: our process will give you the opportunity to talk to many Alaners, in the Ops community and beyond. Ask them all the questions (at the end of interviews or by email) that will help you understand if we are the right team for you!

On the other hand, our hiring process is demanding. The goal is to figure out whether you would thrive at Alan. Because of our unique culture, based on strong ownership, it is key for us to make sure we hire the right people.

The Process

It is made of several steps. Each one is selective.

You should have a single point of contact during your process, the person with whom you had the screening interview. Please contact them if any question.

Whether you’re applying to become an Ops Builder or coordinator, the steps are the same. Our “hiring day” format (shorter process) is also a contracted version of the process below.
