Either full re-brand and rename OR Redesign with sub-brand.
Full re-brand: A brand new name forLibrariesNI. is an advantage in making an emotional connection with your user. Avoid the obvious and reflect on what matters to them most.
Redesign & Sub-brand: The sub brand(s) will likely target different user groups as a priority marketing push to attract more people. Advantages here keep the familiarity of the old brand as an umbrella but have freedom to focus on one user with creative freedom to explore.

Firstly I conducted my research by visiting libraries and comparing their facilities, having in mind what could be improved and what aspects already work well. With this information I plan to apply improvements to my new brand.
Private Study Room:

The private study rooms at this library are very good, they have a tv and whiteboards, a large table suitable for group work and discussions, have several outputs for laptop chargers etc and are secluded from the rest of the library more maximum focus.

More laminated signage.

Plenty of computers and study space for students.

Again these signs need some designing or could even be printed/painted onto the actual wall instead of laminated paper.

The library is usually often occupied by students studying. I believe the library is used mostly for studying over actually borrowing books, considering most are made available online in recent years.
There is different signage around the library, However its only laminated sheets of paper with pretty basic designs. Personally I think this code of conduct could also be laid out better making it more appealing and easier to read.

There is modern machines that can be used to efficiently scan your library card which is a great aspect of the library.

More laminated signage! I also think the way books are organised in this library could be improved. To find a book you search by number, Instead of for example category or even course. I think there is a much more efficient way to allow students to find specific books more easily.
