Project Goal: To define the MVP scope, user journey, stakeholders, risks, communication plan, and launch readiness requirements needed to move the platform from idea to MVP planning stage.

Business Need: Families often struggle to find reliable caregivers quickly and safely. Existing caregiving arrangements are often informal, referral-based, and lack clear pricing, verification, and booking structure.

Project Objectives:

  1. Define the MVP scope within 6 weeks.
  2. Identify the primary user journey.
  3. Prioritise features using the MoSCoW framework.
  4. Develop the stakeholder register, RACI matrix, risk register, and communication plan.
  5. Prepare the project for design, validation, and development planning.
