About the team

The Bloomflow Project Management team (3 people) plays a key role in delivering and managing innovation projects for our clients on our platform.

Our mission: ensure the successful definition, deployment, and execution of our clients' innovation programs, while building strong, long-term relationships that contribute to the success of their transformation initiatives.

As we expand across EMEA, Europe, and North America and support large Enterprise accounts, we're looking for a Project Manager who can lead multiple client projects from initial scoping and implementation through to program execution, user adoption, and long-term success.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead and deliver innovation projects for a portfolio of Enterprise clients. Your main objective: successfully scope, structure, and execute client projects while coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery, strong user adoption, and measurable impact for our clients' innovation initiatives.

Your missions

• Lead and manage innovation projects for Enterprise clients, from initial scoping and project setup to execution and delivery
• Act as the main point of contact during project phases: understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into structured project plans and deliverables
• Define project scope, timelines, success KPIs, and associated risks, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Tech, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage multiple project streams simultaneously while keeping high standards of quality, organization, and communication
• Monitor project progress through relevant KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and adapt project plans when needed
• Organize key project milestones such as platform launches, workshops, or final events (demo days, pitch sessions, juries)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies through AI, tools, and internal best practices

What you bring

• Master's degree (Project Management, Digital, Innovation, Business, Engineering, or equivalent), with 3 to 6 years managing complex projects from inception to delivery, ideally in SaaS, digital, or innovation-driven environments
