Challenge: To modernize and improve learning expeience may result in declining market share, increased client churn, and reduced competitiveness.
Current limitations include: Passive learning experiences, Lack of AI-driven personalization, Limited learner collaboration, Absence of career tracking, Weak corporate reporting capabilities and Poor visibility into learning ROI
Approach: The project followed a Hybrid Agile methodology, combining upfront planning with iterative delivery. Agile Scrum practices were used to manage feature development through prioritized backlogs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while traditional project management techniques were applied for project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and milestone tracking. Delivery was supported using Jira for backlog and sprint management, Notion and Confluence for documentation, Microsoft Project for timeline planning.
