If you sign up for optional property inspections, IHREPM will have our sister maintenance company, Buckeye Handyman, perform the inspection at the interval you select. These are a great way to ensure the upkeep of your investment property by your tenants. We look for unauthorized pets, unauthorized occupants, tenant or pet caused damage and repair assessment, unreported maintenance issues as this can get costly if deferred until a vacancy. These can range from $150 up to your maintenance approval limit depending on what is discovered or if there are multiple things being performed during the visit.

Once the inspection is performed, it is reviewed and sent to you. We will also work with the tenant to repair any issues they have caused at that time to ensure they pay for the damages prior to the end of the lease.
