Ethanol precipitation

1. 100uL 기준으로 작성됨
2. Add 1/10 volume of 3M NaOAc (pH 5.2).
3. Add 2.5 volume of 100% EtOH.
4. Mix by inverting.
5. Incubate at -20C for at least 30min.
6. Centrifuge at 4C, 13,000rpm for 15min.
7. Remove supernatant carefully.
8. Wash pellet with 70% EtOH.
9. Centrifuge at 4C, 13,000rpm for 5min.
10. Remove supernatant and air-dry pellet.
11. Resuspend pellet in nuclease-free water or TE buffer.
12. Store at -20C or proceed to downstream application.
