Lentivirus infection to PBMC (Transduction)

1. (D-0) PBMC activation: 1 x 10^6 cells/mL in 24 well plate.
2. Add activation reagent or cytokine condition required for the experiment.
3. Incubate cells under the planned activation condition.
4. Add lentivirus to activated PBMC at the required MOI.
5. Add polybrene if required by the experiment.
6. Mix gently and incubate.
7. Replace or supplement medium according to cell condition.
8. Culture cells until downstream selection or analysis.
9. Proceed to antibiotic selection, FACS, or assay according to the experiment.
