Oligo 주문을 통해 Universal scaffold와 sgRNA IVT를 주문한다.
Universal scaffold sequence는 다음을 사용한다.

sgDNA는 다음 구조를 사용한다.

X20 spacer 위치에 sgDNA part 20bp를 삽입한다.
