Where the Design Decisions Became Interactive
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| 📅 Project | OmniRisk · Financial Workflow Dashboard |
| 🔖 Phase | Prototype |
| 🛠️ Tool | Figma — Interactive prototype mode |
| 🗂️ Coverage | Three workflow phases · AI Recommendation modal · Manual Override modal · Welcome / first-run modal |
The prototype turned the three trust decisions into a clickable Figma experience. It covers the full FX Repatriation workflow as a middle office user would encounter it — from the welcome modal on first entry, through the three sequential CTAs, into the AI Recommendation modal with confidence scoring and reasoning, and through the Manual Override compliance flow when applied.
The prototype was built for moderated usability testing. Every interaction needed to work end-to-end without designer hand-holding — participants navigated the workflow themselves while thinking aloud.

The prototype's interaction structure mirrors the three-button sequential CTA architecture from Design. Each phase corresponds to one CTA, one decision point, and one set of states.
Phase 1 — Data Aggregation User clicks Fetch FCM. The Currency Trade Table populates with FCM data. Phase stepper advances. Run Analysis activates.
Phase 2 — AI Recommendations User clicks Run Analysis. Recommendation badges (Repatriate / Monitor / Hold), priority labels, and estimated impact populate the table. The Execute button activates per row. User clicks Execute on a row to open the AI Recommendation modal.
Phase 3 — Trade Execution Within the AI Recommendation modal, the user reviews confidence and reasoning, then chooses Accept AI Recommendation or Manual Override. Manual Override opens the compliance documentation flow. Trade executes. Row moves to Completed state. View Confirm opens trade confirmation detail when selected.
Three states deserve specific attention because they carry the trust thesis at the interaction layer:
