This Privacy Policy applies to the PureSnap Android application (the “App”), provided by HyunnyApps (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Overview

PureSnap is a camera and photo-editing application. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or host your photos, videos, or app settings. The App does use Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads; Google processes certain data as described below.

2. Camera, Photos, and Media

• Camera. The App accesses your device camera only after you grant camera permission, so that it can show the preview and capture photos.
• Photos you take or select. Capturing, applying filters, editing, and creating collages are performed locally on your device. The App accesses an existing photo only when you choose it through the system photo picker.
• Saving and sharing. Saved photos and collages are written to your device’s photo library (normally the Pictures/PureSnap folder). If you choose to share a photo, Android sends it only to the app or service you select; that recipient’s privacy policy then applies.
• No upload by us. We do not upload your photos, camera feed, edited images, or collages to HyunnyApps servers, and we do not use them for advertising or analytics.

On Android versions that require it, the App may request photo/media storage permission only to save your photo or collage to the device.

3. Face Data

PureSnap for Android does not detect, recognize, collect, store, or transmit face data, facial features, or biometric information.

4. Local App Settings

Your selected filter, favorites, grid and timer preferences, save counts, and temporary premium-unlock expiry are stored locally in the App’s private storage on your device. These settings are not sent to our servers. You can remove them by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

5. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads SDK

The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad can unlock selected premium features in the App for one hour.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following categories of data for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available;
• interactions with the App and ads, such as app launches, taps, and video views; and
