• Dec 8, 2026: Pulley stops operating
• Jan 31, 2027: limited access to your Pulley data ends

📥 1. Export from Pulley

• [ ] Cap table workbook with the full history of securities and transactions
• [ ] Stakeholder list with names, emails and holdings
• [ ] Option ledger and vesting schedules
• [ ] SAFE and convertible note terms
• [ ] Board approvals and shareholder resolutions
• [ ] Grant agreements and your equity plan
• [ ] Latest 409A or other valuation report, if you have one

• [ ] Save everything in one folder your company controls
• [ ] Keep the original files unchanged, even after you migrate
